Made-to-Order Process & Shipping

We take pride in crafting each toy on-demand to ensure the highest quality for our customers. This means that every toy is created uniquely for your individual order. Please allow a reasonable processing time for us to handcraft your item.

Once the order has been made, orders are shipped via USPS through standard shipping times.

At this time, we do not offer international orders.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to assist you in making an informed decision. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of pickup, and we will do our best to address the situation appropriately.
